My name is Darrel Vance , I live in Fayetteville PA and to put it simple I love ElCaminos.
I love this chevrolet model because of its appearance and construction.
In 1959 the el-camino was born,it stayed around for almost 30 years in those 30 years chevrolet produced 976,000 elcaminos from 59 to 87,but in 1987 the el-camino was pulled off the assembly lines.
It was rumored to be re-introduced in 1997,but unfortunately it didn't happen. To the right of the screen I placed a prototype picture of the 1995 el-camino.

My El Camino

I own a 1972 El Camino super sport,it rolled out of the factory on Feb.22 1972(which was a tuesday) it had a 350 4 barrel with a turbo 350 automatic transmission,and its color was green.
I have owned this elky since 1998,When I bought her the engine was blown,and most of the body was rusted out ,since then I have put a fresh 350(69 corvette 350)and a overdrive trani,and new glass in her.Sheet metal wise I replaced the hood with a cowl induction hood(original gm),doors,fenders,and quarters ..
